North Little Rock Voter Lookup
Arkansas VoterView is the first lookup for North Little Rock voter registration records. It is built for registration confirmation and polling-place search. If no voter card arrives after registration, the county and Secretary of State both advise checking VoterView or contacting the county clerk.

The Pulaski Voter Registration Department keeps county voter registration data for North Little Rock. The county repeats core Arkansas registration requirements: U.S. citizen, Arkansas resident living in Arkansas at least 30 days before the first election, 18 or turning 18 by the next election, felony sentence discharged or pardoned, not adjudged mentally incompetent to vote, and no claim of voting right in another county or state.

Confidential by law. Ark. Code section 7-5-109 protects secure-voter addresses from reproduction unless authorized by law. Protected addresses and identity fields are not open search material.
Registering Before a Deadline
The Arkansas Secretary of State voter registration page says Arkansas uses a paper voter registration application. Applications may come from the local county clerk, Secretary of State Elections Division, revenue or DMV offices, public libraries, disability agencies, military recruitment offices, an online mail request, or a printable PDF. The local county clerk sends a personalized voter-registration card after processing.

The registration deadline is 30 days before the election. If the deadline is near, the Secretary of State advises follow-up with the county clerk. In-person application through the county clerk is the most certain route when timing is tight.
Getting Arkansas Voter Rolls
North Little Rock voter rolls sit inside Pulaski County's registered-voter data. Ark. Code section 7-5-109 covers computerized voter registration lists. The county clerk may reproduce the registered voter list in a format the office can provide and may charge a fee to reimburse reproduction expenses. Protected North Little Rock Voters
Arkansas has two privacy layers relevant to North Little Rock voter registration records. Secure-voter rules under election law protect qualifying voters' addresses. Pulaski County announced on August 20, 2025 that more than 40,000 registered voters who did not vote in the 2024 federal election would receive postcards as part of an odd-year voter-confirmation program required under state law and the National Voter Registration Act. Election Records and FOIA Limits
General Arkansas public records rules can matter when a requested election record is not a standard voter list.
